South Whidbey’s boys and girls basketball teams will host Penrith, a school from Australia tonight at 5:30 p.m.
The Falcon boys play first and the girls have the normal tipoff scheduled for 7 p.m. Penrith is a public high school in New South Wales, about 30 miles west of Sydney. The game was set up months ago, and has been looked forward to by South Whidbey staff, coaches and players. It’s the first international game played by South Whidbey in several years.
