2:48 p.m. — A worker at a South End grocery store called police after seeing a man walking around the store with a gun in a holster.
3:37 p.m. — Residents on Wells Road reported a home burglary that happened while they were at church.
7:24 p.m. — A possible DUI driver was driving slowly and was nearly going off the road on East Harbor Road near Goodell Road.

Wednesday, March 3
8:20 a.m. — Two wild turkeys were on Cultus Bay Road. A caller said there was a woman in a sweatshirt and blue jeans chasing the turkeys.
8:59 a.m. — Five turkeys were reported in the middle of Highway 525 at Ken’s Korner.
8:42 p.m. — A possible DUI driver in a yellow or white Cadillac was driving slowly and swerving all over the roadway on Highway 525 near Newman Road.

Thursday, March 4
10:06 a.m. — A telephone cabinet was marked with graffiti on Sills Road.
11:17 a.m. — There is a constant problem with someone dumpster-diving on Roberta Avenue.
12:12 p.m. — Someone hit a dog while driving on Mutiny Bay Road.
12:57 p.m. — A woman said her neighbors on Hastings Road were taking driftwood off the beach.
11:48 p.m. — Someone was burning garbage on Osprey Road.

Friday, March 5
9:18 a.m. — A dog was barking on Goodell Road.
9:28 a.m. — A caller said a large truck on Highway 525 near Howard Road had an uneven load and a reckless driver.
11:37 a.m. — A reckless driver was reported near Maxwelton Road and
Highway 525.

Monday, Feb. 1
4:27 a.m. — A woman said her purse was stolen. She then started rambling about her husband being a chief engineer and having sexual intercourse with someone.
10:33 a.m. — A man on Maxwelton Road said his black Mazda RX8 was stolen.
11:15 a.m. — Someone broke into a garage on Saratoga Road.

Tuesday, Feb. 2
4:52 a.m. — A large black cow, possibly an Angus, was in the middle of the roadway at Mutiny Bay and Bush Point roads.
11:46 a.m. — A caller said a roommate was asked to leave and give her key back, but she was refusing.
1:40 p.m. — A caller said a golden retriever was running around with a poodle near Highway 525 and Mutiny Bay Road.
1:59 p.m. — A young man was see stumbling along Wilkinson Road.
4:06 p.m. — A driver in a Volkswagen Passat was reportedly driving recklessly on Highway 525 near Coles Road.
6:08 p.m. — A woman on Humphrey Road said dogs had attacked her chickens.
8:18 p.m. — A vehicle was stuck in the ditch on French Road. The lights were still on.
10:19 p.m. — A woman on Wilkinson Road said her neighbor may have just shot someone. She said she heard someone scream and then gunfire, and then someone screaming, “Oh my god!”
10:45 p.m. — Items were left in the middle of the roadway near Wintergreen Drive and Deer Lake Road.

Wednesday, Feb. 3
7:31 a.m. — A red pickup was off the roadway at Cultus Bay and Jewett roads, but no one was seen near the vehicle. The caller said the vehicle was heavily damaged.
1:30 p.m. — A man reported a fight on Commercial Street. He said a man tried to punch his friend, and his friend tackled him. The caller said both have since calmed down.
4 p.m. — Someone complained about a vehicle that was parked near the Clinton Library nearly every day.
6:13 p.m. — A driver complained about a driver in a slow-moving Ford on Highway 525 near Crawford Road.
7:29 p.m. — A possible DUI driver was reported on Highway 525 and was crossing the centerline and nearly coming to a stop at green lights.
8:05 p.m. — A car hit a deer on Highway 525 near Harbor Avenue, and the animal was in the middle of the road with a broken leg.
8:11 p.m. — A man said $130 was taken from him during an assault on Commercial Street.

Thursday, Feb. 4
11:18 a.m. — A woman said she lost her cellphone while riding on the ferry sometime Tuesday.
11:49 a.m. — A caller reported a suspicious vehicle near Hi Crest Road and said there might be drug dealing involved.
1:50 p.m. — A caller reported possible horse neglect on Maxwelton Road.
3:19 p.m. — A Toyota Tacoma was losing its load from a trailer that was being towed along Main Street.
4:36 p.m. — A smokey burn was reported near Hawaii Lane.
5:54 p.m. — A suspicious silver pickup was reported driving back and forth on Decatur Avenue.
7:05 p.m. — A dead deer was reported on Wahl Road.

Friday, Feb. 5
11:28 a.m. — A man on Timberline Road said his neighbor was yelling at him.
2:28 p.m. — A man wanted to talk to police about his son being pulled over.
4:42 p.m. — A worker said two people were loitering at a gas station on Highway 525. They were there the night before, too.
8:51 p.m. — A woman said her husband was threatened by two other men on Mutiny Bay Road. One of the men had a knife.

Saturday, Feb. 6
12:08 a.m. — A caller on Crawford Road reported gunshots.
12:40 a.m. — A resident on Eastpoint Drive said there was a propane tank leak at a neighbor’s house, but no one answered the door.

5:23 p.m. — A caller reported that a suspicious car, possibly a silver Lexus, was going slowly through the neighborhood on Harbor Hills Drive.
6:17 p.m. — A possible DUI driver in a Ford Bronco was reported on Highway 525 near Mutiny Bay Road.
8:02 p.m. — A man on Beach Bluff Drive said his neighbors were setting off fireworks.
10:10 p.m. — A man at the Greenbank store said he wanted to get a ride from a deputy.

Tuesday, Jan. 31
12:28 a.m. — A caller said there were two boys and two girls on the beach near Old Beach Road, and two people were yelling at each other.
2:37 a.m. — A man said his 15-year-old daughter sneaked out of the house. She was last seen at 11:30 p.m. but was not there when he checked on her at 1 a.m.
2:39 a.m. — A man said juveniles at a nearby home on Cameron Road were in the hot tub talking loudly and having a party.
11:05 a.m. — A woman complained about duck hunters offshore near Seabluff Terrace.
11:18 a.m. — A possible DUI driver in a gray Ford pickup was reported on Highway 525 near Useless Bay Avenue.
1:54 p.m. — A caller said someone was firing a gun near Ellwood Drive.

Saturday, Jan. 23
2:38 a.m. — A street sign was down on Swede Hill Road.
8:11 a.m. — A woman on Glendale Heights Road said a group of men pulled up to the beach in front of her house in a boat and started shooting at the eagles in the trees. It was the third week in a row, and they come on Saturdays and Sundays.
9:43 a.m. — A man on Wateredge Drive said a water meter was leaking and he was afraid of a mudslide.
11:05 a.m. — A 13-year-old girl was reported missing since 2 a.m.
11:54 a.m. — Someone poured red paint over a mailbox on Horseshoe Lane and stuck a big rock in it.
3:02 p.m. — A possible DUI driver in a Honda Odyssey was reported near Sills and Maxwelton roads.
7:22 p.m. — A man said he was getting his mail on Classic Road when a driver in an approaching vehicle sped up as if to try to hit him.
10:43 p.m. — A possible DUI driver in a red Honda was swerving on Highway 525.

Sunday, Jan. 24
11:24 a.m. — A group of motorcycle riders was racing on Lagoon Point Road. The caller said it happens every Sunday.
12:50 p.m. — A woman on Glendale Beach said she was hit by pepper spray. A subsequent caller said a couple of people tried to jump him, and he pepper-sprayed them.
3:15 p.m. — A rider on the ferry reported another passenger who was drinking vodka.

Monday, Jan. 25
8:48 a.m. — A woman said she counted 38 semi-trucks that have been speeding on Mutiny Bay Road. She said it has been going on for four years, and she has called repeatedly and gets blown off.
9:07 a.m. — A student said she was given marijuana during the weekend by a friend’s parents in Clinton.
9:58 a.m. — A caller said her 18-year-old son was out of control, and was destroying their house.

6:50 a.m. — Three people were smoking pot at a bus stop on the highway, and the caller said it smelled really bad.
9:47 a.m. — A caller said a woman was driving her truck into a power pole on Grateful Acre Place and was trying to knock a transformer off of its pedestal.
9:58 a.m. — A woman on North Bluff Road said she heard multiple shotgun shots.
11:46 a.m. — A non-injury accident between a red sports car and a Ford Explorer was reported at Island Athletic Club.
1:56 p.m. — A man said he found an arrow stuck in the trim of a window at his rental property near Admiralty Way.
2:46 p.m. — A black SUV with an Oak Harbor Wildcats sticker on the back was passing cars and cutting people off on Highway 525.
8:53 p.m. — A possible DUI driver in a silver Ford F150 pickup was reported on Highway 525 near Craw Road.

Friday, Jan. 22
3:12 a.m. — A barking dog was reported on Midvale Road.
2:28 p.m. — A woman said she saw what appeared to be a blown-up “meth trailer” in the woods off Jewett Road.
4:32 p.m. — A caller said a man in his 50s urinated on the caller’s front fence and then staggered away.
7:18 p.m. — A truck was towing a trailer with a large piece of machinery on Highway 525, and sparks were coming from under the trailer.
8:50 p.m. — A possible DUI driver in a silver Dodge Ram truck was swerving all over the roadway on Highway 525.

Saturday, Jan. 23
12:52 a.m. — A 14-year-old girl sneaked out of her room on Bailey Road.
1:26 a.m. — Dogs were barking on Midvale Road.

Tuesday, Jan. 12
12:15 p.m. — A caller said a tugboat came into Holmes Harbor overnight with a raft of logs but was leaving without the logs.
12:21 p.m. — A caller on Book Woman Lane said renters had left a sofa on the property.
2:09 p.m. — A man reported a case of credit-card fraud.
5:55 p.m. — A caller on Bush Point Road heard rifle shots and wanted someone to check the area.
8:34 p.m. — A fallen tree was partially blocking Ashley Loop near East Harbor Road.

Wednesday, Jan. 13
8:17 a.m. — Someone complained about a semi-truck that was partially blocking Highway 525 north of Freeland.
11:18 a.m. — A caller said a man fell down on Myrtle Avenue near Freeland Park.
1:37 p.m. — Someone broke into a home on Rollinghill Road.
1:54 p.m. — A caller said a teenage boy was walking a dog without a leash on Bayview Road, and the dog was running out into traffic.
2:50 p.m. — A caller said a neighbor had moved property- line markers and was dumping trash and other debris on a neighboring property.
9:55 p.m. — A man said his son was getting threatening phone calls and text messages from a friend of his girlfriend. He was worried that something bad would happen to his son.
11:01 p.m. — A man on Herring Street said someone took his dog and put a noose around the animal’s neck and choked it.

Thursday, Jan. 14
11:38 a.m. — A woman said a neighbor’s pit bull tried to attack her last night.
12:06 p.m. — A woman on Glendale Road said she received a threatening letter about her barking dogs that said, “Your dogs woke my kids up again this morning. Are you deaf or?” She didn’t know who sent the letter.
2:59 p.m. — Someone reported a tailgating driver in a light green truck on Highway 525 near Bayview Road.
3:07 p.m. — A stray pit bull was loose on Maxwelton Road.
3:19 p.m. — A woman said a driver in a black truck ran her off the roadway near Staats Drive.
3:53 p.m. — A Clinton business received a fraudulent check for $315.21.
5:38 p.m. — A woman said her vehicle was hit on Wilson Place on Saturday.
5:50 p.m. — Chase Bank in Freeland reported an armed robbery. A man in a hooded blue sweatshirt and wearing a white surgical mask left with an undisclosed amount of money. He put his hand in his pocket like he may have had something in there.
8:46 p.m. — A 911 hang-up call was received from a pay phone at the high school. When a call back was made, a teenage boy answered the phone and said “Sexy’s Pizza, do you want to hear our specials?” When told it was a call back for a 911 call, the boy hung up the phone.
10:04 p.m. — A man on Coles Road reported something suspicious: Three vehicles drove up his driveway without headlights, then left and turned toward Langley. The man found wet footprints near the house.

Friday, Jan. 15
10:55 a.m. — Copper was stolen from a vacant house on Highway 525.
1:41 p.m. — A sailboard was reportedly beached between Fox Spit and Bells Beach. The vessel appeared to have broken loose from its mooring.
2:47 p.m. — License plates were stolen from a vehicle on Timberline Road. The caller said they had expired tags.
5:10 p.m. — A caller said a man who was seen walking around the area in the past three weeks matched the description of the Chase Bank robber. The man has not been seen in the last couple of days.

Saturday, Jan. 16
2:58 a.m. — An “extremely intoxicated” man wanted a deputy to help him get his keys after his van was left near Cultus Bay Road after he was pulled over by the State Patrol.
5:15 a.m. — A suspicious man was sitting in a car outside a Freeland gas station.

Saturday, Jan. 9
3 p.m. — A driver said someone in a silver Ford Focus cut the driver off at Highway 525 and Langley Road.
4:25 p.m. — A caller said a white Chevy pickup that was loaded down with ladders and other construction items was driving under the speed limit on Highway 525.
4:33 p.m. — Someone complained about a man on Paradise Place who was using the cul-de-sac and a neighbor’s driveway to do car repair work.
8:04 p.m. — Bones were found on the beach near the Clinton ferry dock.
8:52 p.m. — A tree was across the roadway on Craw Road near Coles Road.
10:16 p.m. — A man said a driver in a red Chevy Cobalt nearly hit him and ran him off the road on Highway 525 near Bush Point Road. The driver then turned onto Becker Road.

Sunday, Jan. 10
10:49 a.m. — A woman on Deer Field Lane said a loose bull was in her front yard. There were no bulls in the neighborhood, so the woman didn’t know who owned the animal.
12:50 p.m. — A woman on Silver Cloud Lane said she has an ongoing problem with a neighbor’s dog who uses her yard for a bathroom.
3:56 p.m. — Gunfire was heard near Whidbey Woods Lane.
4:43 p.m. — A man said he thought a woman was going to walk onto the Clinton ferry and then jump off.
4:44 p.m. — A Ford F150 was prowled as it was parked at a gas station on Highway 525.
5:46 p.m. — Shoplifting suspects at a Freeland store were arguing with a manager.
9:43 p.m. — A possible DUI driver in a white Toyota truck was reported on Highway 525 in Freeland.

Monday, Jan. 11
7:13 a.m. — A caller said a group of men were walking around outside a house on Harbor Hills Drive.
9:39 a.m. — A woman said she heard gunshots in the Deer Lagoon area.
11:30 a.m. — A motorcycle rider said there is moss growing on Whidbey roadways and it was a hazard to motorcyclists. He said the appropriate agencies should be notified so they can handle the problem.

Sunday, Jan. 3
3:57 p.m. — Two gunshots were heard near Winns Hollow Lane.
5:26 p.m. — An injured deer was reported in the middle of the road near Bayview Road and Katya Lane.
5:46 p.m. — A dead deer was reported at Bayview and Brooks Hill roads.

Monday, Jan. 4
12:02 a.m. — A caller said a 10-year-old was lying on the bench near the Red Apple, dressed in a dark jacket and white-and-pink pajamas.

Tuesday, Jan. 5
11:29 a.m. — A caller said a driver pulled over near Woodard Avenue after what looked like an accident. Everybody got out of the vehicle and ran to the highway; one person was carrying a red guitar.
4:31 p.m. — A man who appeared to be extremely intoxicated fell over in a grassy area on the north side of Highway 525 near Fish Road. A caller said he looked like he was in his 20s, and he had a grocery bag in his hand.
8:38 p.m. — A woman said a driver in a white mini-van was tailgating her on Highway 525 near Bush Point Road.
9:04 p.m. — A driver in a green Ford Explorer was driving recklessly on Highway 525 near Bayview Road.

Wednesday, Jan. 6
8:40 a.m. — A driver in a silver, four-door sedan was passing five vehicles at a time on Highway 525 near Donahey Road.
8:59 a.m. — A man reported fraudulent charges to his bank account.
9:45 a.m. — A man and a woman were arguing on the side of the road near Mutiny Bay and Bush Point roads. The caller passed by again later and said the man was sitting in his blue Subaru with his head resting on the steering wheel.
9:56 a.m. — Someone at the high school reported a break-in that happened sometime over winter break. Items were taken.
12:45 p.m. — A caller wanted to talk about a wallet that was stolen from a gas station restroom in Tacoma.
4:23 p.m. — A smoky burn was reported near Millman and Double Bluff roads.

Thursday, Jan. 7
7:59 a.m. — A dead deer was in the roadway on Cardinal Way at the intersection with Smugglers Cove Road.
7:37 p.m. — A man said a suspicious package containing a profanity-filled book was placed on his porch on Aqua Lane.

Friday, Jan. 8
9:31 a.m. — A caller reported a bashed-up vehicle that was parked on Violet Street.
12:57 p.m. — An abandoned vehicle was blocking the roadway on Saratoga Road.
1:47 p.m. — A woman on Mutiny Bay Road reported a phone scam; someone called her and said she had won a car.
1:57 p.m. — A man was causing a disturbance at the Freeland Café.
2:13 p.m. — A man was seen staggering along the highway near Classic Road.
3:04 p.m. — Someone was reportedly taking parts from an abandoned vehicle near the phone booth at Classic Road.
3:05 p.m. — A man on Harbor Hills Drive said two tires on his vehicle were flat.
3:29 p.m. — A subject was trying to break into a home on Lakeside Drive. The person threw a board through the window and then started to break the windows out of a Jeep in the driveway.
3:32 p.m. — The tires of at least four vehicles were slashed at the Freeland Café.
4:40 p.m. — A woman said her neighbor was blocking her mailbox with his backhoe.
7:44 p.m. — A stolen vehicle was recovered on Highway 525.

2 p.m. — A caller said someone tried to break into a neighbor’s house on Menlo Beach Lane overnight. The storm door had been removed.

1:01 p.m. — A small tree was blocking one lane of Surface Road.
4:59 p.m. — A woman said her car was broken into at Greenbank Farm and her purse was stolen.
5:20 p.m. — A tree was in the wires on Fox Spit Road.
6:33 p.m. — A tree was blocking one lane of traffic near Bob Galbreath and Surface roads.
9:40 p.m. — A tree was blocking both lanes, and wires were down, on Frost Avenue and Brighton Beach Road.
10:56 p.m. — A dead deer was in the southbound lane of Highway 525 near Forest View Lane.

Saturday, Jan. 2
1:05 a.m. — A caller on Vine Maple Lane reported a burglary attempt. Someone tried to enter the home, but then ran away. The caller’s son-in-law went looking for the person, but came up empty.
2:42 a.m. — A tenant at the Harbour Inn said the power had gone out.
4:14 a.m. — A driver in an older, white Mazda Protege pulled up to a mailbox on Shorewood Avenue and then “peeled out.”
8:32 a.m. — A woman on East Harbor Road reported fraudulent activity following the theft of her purse the day before.
3:32 p.m. — A woman on Langley Road complained about her neighbors’ dogs.
5:08 p.m. — A driver hit a deer near Highway 525 and Bush Point Road.
5:37 p.m. — The sign for Unity Church was reportedly stolen from Crawford Road.
6:26 p.m. — A dog was barking on Woodard Avenue. It’s an ongoing problem.
10:23 p.m. — A man said his ex-wife had been calling him and harassing him all day, despite a court order that was in place.
