</strong><strong>1:06 p.m. —</strong> A caller reported a non-injury, two-car accident near Highway 525 and Langley Road.<br />
<strong>1:36 p.m. — </strong>Someone moved the no-trespassing signs and property markers on land near Pacific Dogwood Drive and Highway 525.<br />
<strong>2:11 p.m. —</strong> A caller on Fircrest Avenue wanted to talk about a real estate sign that was set on fire. The caller thought it might be related to a porta-potty fire on July 9.<br />
<strong>3:14 p.m. —</strong> A possible DUI driver in a four-door Ford was driving on Highway 525 toward Ken’s Korner.<br />
<strong>3:51 p.m. —</strong> A caller said the windows to the manager’s apartment at a building on Wilson Place were broken out.<br />
<strong>3:59 p.m. —</strong> A caller said a woman in a white Geo Metro was driving on the wrong side of the road and nearly hit someone near Sunlight Beach.<br />
<strong>4:41 p.m. —</strong> A driver flipped a vehicle over onto its top on Maxwelton Road. The driver was OK.<br />
<strong>5:19 p.m. —</strong> A man in a blue Chevy van threw something from his vehicle and cracked the windshield of another driver’s vehicle on Deer Lake Road.<br />
<strong>10:02 p.m. —</strong> A woman hit a deer on Highway 525 near Classic Road.</p>
<p><strong>Thursday, July 15</strong><br />
<strong>12:55 a.m. — </strong>A large hay bale was rolled into Sunlight Beach Road and was blocking one lane.<br />
<strong>1:43 a.m. — </strong>A loud party was reported on Casey Street. Half a dozen or more people were partying, and the caller said it has been going on nightly for the past few months.<br />
<strong>7:46 a.m. —</strong> A man said someone threw several glass balls at his house on Central Avenue during the night. It also happened Monday night.<br />
<strong>8:15 a.m. — </strong>A 16-foot Bayliner at the marina on Harbor Hills Drive was reportedly half sunk. No fuel was seen leaking.<br />
<strong>9:04 a.m. —</strong> Residents on Columbia Beach Drive said they heard someone in their yard at 2 a.m. and just discovered that the chairs on their porch had been moved down to the beach.<br />
<strong>9:17 a.m. —</strong> Solar lights were stolen during the night from a property on Columbia Beach Drive.<br />
<strong>9:44 a.m. — </strong>A caller reported a reckless driver in a black VW Jetta that had been driving south on Highway 525 near Coles Road about 30 minutes earlier.<br />
<strong>10:08 a.m. —</strong> A caller found numerous prescription bottles with medication inside at his business on Highway 525. He suspects his stepson stole them and planted them there.<br />
<strong>10:14 a.m. —</strong> Juveniles were playing at a vacant home in disrepair on Campbell Road, and the caller was worried a wall would fall on them.</p>

<strong>9:58 p.m. —</strong> A resident on Gramayre Road said illegal fireworks were going off nearby.<br />
<strong>10:31 p.m. —</strong> A caller complained of too many explosions on Carie Lane and wanted a police patrol.<br />
<strong>10:37 p.m. —</strong> A caller on Coachman Court complained of fireworks in the neighborhood, and raised concerns about dry grass.<br />

<strong>12:30 a.m. — </strong>A caller said it sounded like someone was shooting a cannon near Humphrey Road.<br />
<strong>1:17 a.m. — </strong>A loose horse was reported on Jewett Road.<br />
<strong>1:34 a.m. —</strong> A possible DUI driver was reported on Holmes View Drive.<br />
<strong>9:45 a.m. —</strong> Mail was found strewn along the road near Bayview and Sunlight Beach roads.<br />
<strong>10:48 a.m. —</strong> A caller on Jewett Road reported a white horse that had escaped overnight.<br />
<strong>11:52 a.m. — </strong>An elderly woman walked into the fire station on Cameron Road and said someone broke into her home the night before and she had been driving around all night because she is scared.<br />
<strong>3:09 p.m. —</strong> A caller on Deer Lake Road said a large black dog with mud on his face was found on the property.<br />
<strong>7:47 p.m. —</strong> A driver stopped for ice cream on Shore Avenue and left the vehicle with the engine running. The dogs inside the 2007 Chevy Suburban then locked the doors, leaving the driver stranded.<br />
<strong>8:19 p.m. —</strong> A driver in a Honda was speeding on Mercer Drive and intentionally hit a sign that said “slow down.”<br />
<strong>10:05 p.m. — </strong>Fireworks were reported near Pinecrest Avenue.<br />
<strong>10:31 p.m. —</strong> A caller complained of fireworks near Honeymoon Bay Road and Dunlap Drive.<br />
<strong>10:43 p.m. —</strong> An old pickup truck was reportedly disabled in the ferry lane at Clinton.</p>

<strong>6:56 a.m. —</strong> A caller on Driftwood Drive complained of crab poaching. Three people were seen wading with nets.</p>

<strong>8:17 a.m.  — </strong>A vicious dog was running loose on Bells Beach Road.<br />
<strong>10:47 a.m.  — </strong>A woman on Berg Road wanted to talk about vandalism and thefts in the neighborhood.<br />
<strong>11:24 a.m.  — </strong>A man on Sorrel Lane said there were fraudulent charges on his debit card.<br />
<strong>12:31 p.m.  — </strong> A man on Linda Lane wanted to talk about the condition of his mower after it was returned after being stolen.<br />
<strong>12:37 p.m.  — </strong> Gunfire was heard on Lancaster Road.<br />
<strong>5:45 p.m.  — </strong>A man said he was assaulted at the Eagles Club.<br />

<strong>12 a.m. —</strong> A caller on Hodges Avenue reported a possible prowler. The woman said she could hear someone tapping on windows, banging and whistling all around her house.<br />
<strong>12:39 a.m. —</strong> A woman on Hodges Avenue said someone was messing around with her back door again. She said it sounds like they’re throwing rocks at the door.<br />
<strong>2:04 a.m. —</strong> A mailbox that was taken from a home on Maxwelton Road was found and returned to the owner.<br />
<strong>4:09 a.m. — </strong>A caller reported a missing daughter who never made it to her friend’s house after the fireworks show.<br />
<strong>4:52 a.m. —</strong> Multiple mailboxes appeared to have been damaged by a baseball bat on Newman Road from the Highway to Maple Glen.<br />
<strong>8:16 a.m. — </strong>A man on Langley Road said someone went through his mailbox and threw his mail all over the place.<br />
<strong>10:27 a.m. —</strong> A dead deer was on Mutiny Bay Road.<br />
<strong>12:44 p.m. —</strong> A baby deer fell off the cliff near Hidden Beach Drive. The fawn was later reported in someone’s yard.<br />
<strong>1:47 p.m. — </strong>A possible DUI driver in a red Explorer was having trouble stopping at stop lights on Highway 525.<br />
<strong>1:48 p.m. —</strong> A plastic “traffic safety statue” was stolen overnight on Brainers Road.<br />
<strong>1:50 p.m. — </strong>A caller on Deer Lake Road said a boater was purposely boating through flocks of birds.<br />
<strong>3:33 p.m. — </strong>A golden Lab mix with no collar was found on Witte Way.<br />
<strong>3:56 p.m. —</strong> Gunfire was heard coming from the gravel pit on Smugglers Cove Road. The caller was certain the sounds were not from fireworks.<br />

<strong>9:26 a.m. —</strong> A woman complained about a neighbor on Harbor Sands Lane who starts his motorcycle every morning at 4 a.m.<br />
<strong>10:39 a.m. — </strong>An unauthorized boat was anchored at the dock near Harbor Hills Drive.<br />
<strong>1:39 p.m. —</strong> A caller on Dusty Lane said his neighbor was pulling up his property stakes.<br />
<strong>2:13 p.m. —</strong> A caller complained about a driver in a Dodge Charger passing other vehicles on Highway 525.<br />
<strong>4:32 p.m. —</strong> A “no parking” sign was in the weeds on the side of Deer Lake Road.<br />
<strong>5:31 p.m. —</strong> People were lighting bottle rockets and other fireworks near Woodard Avenue and Manor Way.<br />
<strong>5:44 p.m. —</strong> A 52-year-old man said he was assaulted at a Freeland restaurant and was complaining of back and neck pain.</p>

<strong>9:33 a.m. —</strong> A woman calling from Alaska said her parents found an open door at her home on South Whidbey. She wanted police to check the home and call her back.<br />
<strong>11:47 a.m. —</strong> A driver who may be impaired was all over the road on Highway 525 near Wonn Road.<br />
<strong>1:32 p.m. —</strong> A man on Reindeer Road said his mail was stolen.<br />
<strong>5:54 p.m. —</strong> A caller complained about a boater who was trespassing at a private dock on Honeymoon Bay Road.<br />
<strong>6:58 p.m. — </strong>Juveniles were lighting M-80s and firecrackers near the picnic benches at Double Bluff Beach.<br />

<strong>8:49 a.m. —</strong> A street sign was laying in the middle of the roadway on Sun Vista Circle at Snapdragon Lane.<br />
<strong>9:43 a.m. —</strong> An address sign was damaged at the end of a driveway on Lakeside Drive.<br />

<strong>1:27 p.m. — </strong>A caller reported a small fort with a tarp over it on the beach north of the Bush Point restaurant. The caller said someone might be staying in it, and said a small boat was tied up nearby. The caller was concerned it might be Colton Harris-Moore.<br />

<strong>8:15 a.m. —</strong> A car fire was reported at Stewart Road and Myrtle Avenue.<br />
<strong>9:50 a.m. —</strong> A vehicle went into the ditch near Newman and Emil roads; there were no injuries.<br />
<strong>2:17 p.m. —</strong> A caller reported a case of malicious mischief; someone may have put soda pop in the gas tank of a boat motor.<br />
<strong>4:23 p.m. —</strong> A woman said she loaned a car to a man who “chopped up the vehicle,” and when her boyfriend confronted him about a business deal, he pulled out a shotgun and told him to get off his property.<br />

<strong>10:44 a.m. —</strong> Someone in a maroon Ford truck almost hit an old woman on a bicycle near Main Street and Lotto Avenue.<br />
<strong>7:38 p.m. —</strong> Someone hit another car in the Bayview Park-and-Ride, a van pool vehicle, but said it was a tap and there wasn’t much damage.<br />
<strong>10:02 p.m. — </strong>A possible DUI driver in a blue Mazda was “all over the road” on Highway 525 near Classic Road. The State Patrol was advised.<br />

<strong>9:45 a.m. —</strong> A man and a woman were arguing on the side of the road near Mutiny Bay and Bush Point roads. The caller passed by again later and said the man was sitting in his blue Subaru with his head resting on the steering wheel.<br />

<strong>10:59 a.m. —</strong> A caller heard name-calling at a nearby home, things being thrown, and then, “I’ll kill you.”<br />
<strong>2:16 p.m. — </strong>A woman in Freeland wanted to talk about the traffic citation issued to her daughter.<br />
<strong>4:21 p.m. —</strong> A vehicle received rear-end damage in an accident reported at China City.<br />
<strong>6:30 p.m. —</strong> A car was disabled in the middle of the roadway on Amble Road near Saratoga Road.<br />
<strong>6:30 p.m. —</strong> A woman in an accident on Highway 525 and Langley Road said she might have whiplash.<br />
<strong>7:12 p.m. —</strong> A caller said a barking dog on Dorsey Drive has been a problem for five years.</p>

<strong>11:15 a.m. —</strong> A man said a deer with a broken leg was on his property on Day Road.<br />
<strong>5:34 p.m. —</strong> A caller said a man in a dark car crossed the road and hit two mailboxes on Harbor Sands Lane, went into the ditch but then continued down the road eastbound.<br />
<strong>6:08 p.m. —</strong> A woman on Xanadu Lane said she found stray cows on her property.</p>

<strong>1:10 a.m. — </strong>A caller reported a teenage girl walking near Morningside and Eveningside lanes, and all the mailboxes were open and mail was blowing all over the road.<br />
<strong>9:06 a.m. —</strong> A group of duck hunters was reported on Cultus Bay Road near the entrance to the Sandy Hook neighborhood.<br />
<strong>11:25 a.m. —</strong> A woman said her purse was stolen from her car on Stewart Road.<br />
<strong>11:34 a.m. —</strong> A possible DUI driver in a blue Mazda near the Greenbank store was driving south on Highway 525.<br />
<strong>1:46 p.m. —</strong> A woman said her neighbor cut down some of her trees and never paid for them, breaking an agreement for $1,000 worth of trees.<br />

<strong>12:49 a.m. — </strong>The State Patrol arrested a DUI driver on Highway 525 and Mutiny Bay Road, and requested a deputy to take the passenger home.<br />
<strong>3:59 a.m. — </strong>A white, 1997 Mercedes Benz C230 with the front bumper missing was reported stolen on Wilson Place.<br />
<strong>8:02 a.m. —</strong> A caller on Lakeside Drive could hear a dog barking from across Goss Lake.<br />
<strong>11 a.m. —</strong> A blue Ford Taurus was being driven recklessly on Highway 525 near Surface Road.<br />
<strong>12:11 p.m. —</strong> A caller said his vehicle was not stolen; his roommate borrowed it.<br />
<strong>1:51 p.m. —</strong> A caller said someone almost caused a crash in a Freeland parking lot, then walked into a store.<br />

<strong>12:37 a.m. —</strong> Teenagers on Sealawn Boulevard were lighting fireworks and neighbors weren’t happy.<br />
<strong>4:27 a.m. —</strong> A woman said she was stranded at the intersection of Fidalgo and Lopez drives, and needed to get home to her child.<br />
<strong>5:20 a.m. —</strong> A possible DUI driver in a small, hatchback-type car was reported on Highway 525.<br />

<strong>12:11 p.m. — </strong>A man confronted two young men on his property on Double Bluff  Road. They said they wanted to buy eggs, but when they were offered eggs, they said no and drove off. The men were described as younger than 20 years old, and riding in a blue, four-door Honda or Toyota.<br />

<strong>11:27 a.m. —</strong> A woman said someone who didn’t like her shook her hand and bruised it when she was at a Clinton tavern on Wednesday night.<br />
<strong>12:55 p.m. —</strong> A home was burglarized on Fircrest Avenue and a television was stolen. The house is vacant and the owner died about two months ago.<br />
<strong>5:01 p.m. —</strong> A driver hit a deer on Highway 525 near Storkson Drive.<br />

<strong>12:48 p.m. —</strong> A tree was blocking half the roadway on Honeymoon Bay Road near Bellewood Lane.<br />
<strong>1:39 p.m. —</strong> A man said his roommate just threw a wrench at him and left in his car.<br />

<strong>1:48 a.m. —</strong> Residents on Salmonberry Road said a dog was running around in circles in their yard, barking like crazy.<br />
<strong>8:25 a.m. —</strong> A home on Beacon Place was vandalized overnight. The property was toilet-papered and spray-painted on the roof. The caller didn’t think the elderly homeowner was awake yet.<br />
<strong>11:14 a.m. —</strong> Two teenage girls were lying in the roadway on Cultus Bay Road near Sandy Point Road.<br />
<strong>2:41 p.m. —</strong> Someone saw a very drunk man get on a motorcycle at a Freeland gas station.<br />
<strong>3:11 p.m. —</strong> Three goats wandered onto a property on Rollinghill Road. The caller said no one in the neighborhood owns goats.<br />

<strong>10:02 a.m. —</strong> A man on Forgotten Lane complained about a trespassing hunter who was cleaning a deer on his property.<br />
<strong>1:39 p.m. —</strong> A non-injury car accident was reported in the parking lot at Island Recycling.<br />
<strong>2:07 p.m. —</strong> A worker at a Freeland business reported a shoplifter; she refused to be taken into custody and left the store. The worker had a video and information about the vehicle she was in to give police.<br />
<strong>3:16 p.m. —</strong> A caller said his wife’s cousin scraped the trunk and the roof of the caller’s 1975 Thunderbird.<br />
<strong>4:12 p.m. —</strong> A possible DUI driver was reported on Highway 525 near Maxwelton Road.<br />
<strong>5:05 p.m. —</strong> A man said his vehicle was prowled while it was parked on Possession Road. A passenger-side window was broken and items were missing.<br />
<strong>7:57 p.m. —</strong> A driver hit a deer on Bush Point Road near South Whidbey State Park.<br />

<strong>1:28 a.m. —</strong> A driver hit a deer on Langley Road near Highway 525.<br />
<strong>1:26 p.m. —</strong> A caller complained about an elderly woman’s driving on Langley Road after she went through a red light.<br />
<strong>2:50 p.m. —</strong> A resident on Humphrey Road reported a large amount of smoke nearby.<br />
<strong>3:02 p.m. —</strong> A man said he found part of a set of dentures by the fishing area at Lagoon Point.<br />
<strong>5:51 p.m. —</strong> A two-car, non-injury accident was reported in the parking lot of the Goose grocery.<br />

<strong>9:49 a.m. —</strong> A caller said a possible DUI driver didn’t stop at a stop sign in Bayview and was swerving on Highway 525.<br />
<strong>11:29 a.m. —</strong> A two-car, non-injury accident involving a Dodge Intrepid and a Toyota Tacoma was reported on Highway 525 near Humphrey Road.<br />
<strong>12:27 p.m. —</strong> Two speeding trucks were reported on Sunlight Beach Drive.<br />
